1. Calculate auto fare with Tuk Tuk Meter Android app
Frustrated with overcharging taxi/auto drivers and faulty meters, Tuk Tuk Meter Android application might be useful to you. Kerala based Mindhelix Technologies has launched this auto fare calculator application for Indians.
The application does not require data connection, and works on your phone GPS to calculate the distance and comes up with the right auto fare. The application however does not come with any pre-entered auto charges, so you will have to feed rates in your city first to use the application.

HCL seems have to have been slowly working on creating Android applications. They currently have two apps in Android Market – Social Connect and Fical. Fical is available for free download in Android Market.
3. Times of India releases e-paper Android app ‘TOIDroid’
Times of India group has released an e-paper application for Android devices. The application currently supports all the major editions of Times of India as well as Economic Times along with Mumbai and Bangalore Mirror.
It is available for free in Android Market. To download the application, search for “TOIDroid” in the market.
Apart from Times of India, only two other major Indian media houses have Android applications – IBNLive, NDTV

Some Useful Tricks
To Delete or reset the Window Password
Window stores its passwords in C:\Windows\System32\Config\sam file.
You can reset password by just deleting this file.
To Lock the CD-ROM
Open Registry.
Find allocatecdroms and Change the value from 1 to 0
Reverse the value to unlock.
To change the Icon of Recycle Bin
Open Registry.
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
Change the name “Recycle Bin”
To open the blocked Command Prompt
Type command.com in a Notepad and save it as cmd.bat. Now it will work.
